1. STORE INFORMATION

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

MONTRIQUE sells physical watches and their included accessories. Product photographs and descriptions aim to represent the actual product accurately. Availability is subject to stock when an order is placed.

3. PRICES, ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other costs are presented before the purchase is completed. The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout.

An order is subject to acceptance. MONTRIQUE may contact the customer if information is incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed or a product becomes unavailable.

4. SHIPPING

Orders are checked, packed and dispatched from Portugal. Available destinations, shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy and shown at checkout.

5. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Returns, withdrawal rights, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law.
